- Book appointments for screenings and consultations.
- Receive updates and reminders.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking appointments.
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
- Not misuse the WhatsApp bot (e.g., sending spam or abusive messages).
4. Payment and Fees
Service fees are as listed in the WhatsApp bot. Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Offers and discounts are subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oncure Clinics is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, errors, or interruptions in the WhatsApp bot.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
